To provide a transparent, fast, and secure platform for matching talent with opportunities while ensuring trust and fair dealing for all parties involved.
Job Poster selects 'Post a Job' and enters details (title, description, pay, requirements).
If the post requires paid promotion, the poster makes a payment to Octroid via secure gateways.
Job post goes live and is visible to job seekers and viewers instantly.
Applicants apply and can upload resumes or profile details directly through the app.
Employers review applicants and may shortlist or reject them based on their requirements.
Once both parties agree on engagement, Octroid Pvt. Ltd. holds payment securely to ensure trust.
After successful completion of the job, Octroid disburses the payment to the employee/freelancer within agreed timelines.
i-QuickHire is a feature within i-Vatan that allows users to post, apply, and view job opportunities. Octroid Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a digital intermediary and does not guarantee recruitment, employment, payment, or performance.
All job postings must be accurate, lawful, and non-misleading. Illegal, discriminatory, or exploitative job postings are strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
Applicants are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the job before applying. i-QuickHire does not guarantee selection, payment, or work terms.
Viewers may browse job posts but cannot copy, distribute, or misuse content. Unauthorized scraping, duplicating, or using job data outside the app is a legal violation.
Fake postings, spam applications, misrepresentation, and fraudulent activity will lead to account suspension, penalties, and legal action.
Octroid Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to i-QuickHire at any time for misuse, fraud, or legal breach.
i-QuickHire collects job seeker details (profile, resume, experience), job poster details (business verification, contact, posting history), and activity data (applications, searches, clicks).
Data is used for matching applicants to relevant jobs, preventing fraud and spam, and improving platform accuracy and trust. Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared only with trusted partners (payment, verification, legal authorities if required).
Private information (resume details, contact numbers, etc.) is not shared publicly unless the user consents. Employers are shown only limited applicant data until applicants consent to full disclosure.
Users may edit, update, or delete their job postings or applications at any time. Full data deletion requests can be made via support.
All data use complies with Indian IT Act, 2000 & Amendments (2008), Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Draft DPDP Act, 2023, and Intermediary Guidelines, 2021.
If job promotions or paid features are purchased, payments are processed securely via RBI-compliant gateways. No refunds for completed promotions or visibility boosts.
Octroid Pvt. Ltd. / i-Vatan is not responsible for job fraud, false postings, or non-payment by employers; misrepresentation by job seekers; disputes, damages, or losses between posters and applicants.
All users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Octroid Pvt. Ltd. from claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of i-QuickHire.
